PREAMBLE
THE PUBLIC BODY DECLARES THE FOLLOWING:
A) The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION wishes to issue a call for tenders for the procurement of professional engineering services related to Project No. 20190816-1;
B) In order to comply with the requirements of the Act respecting contracts for the procurement of services by public bodies, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION must proceed by means of a call for tenders in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulation respecting certain contracts for the services of public bodies.
