Description

The purpose of the tender is to select one supplier who will provide sustainable industrial clothing including footwear. This supplier must also repair the clothing and take care of the collection of old clothing. Finally, the supplier must offer a user-friendly webshop set up in the Dutch language on which the contracting authority's purchasers can order the required industrial clothing independently.We are aiming for a long-term cooperation with one supplier who will continue to innovate during the contract period. In this way we hope to achieve a high level of satisfaction among our employees.The objectives being pursued with the new agreement are:1. User comfort2. Sustainability/ circularity3. Customer satisfaction
The total contract includes:o The supply of work and safety clothing as well as safety footwear for the employees of the province of Groningen. The clothing to be supplied must be provided with logos of the Province of Groningen, as stipulated by the tax authorities.o Performing the associated services, such as: - The fitting of clothing;- Repair and alteration as part of the life span extension.o Collection and sustainable processing of old or broken work clothing and footwear.o Providing a user-friendly webshop where the orderers can order the required work clothing independently. The webshop must also keep the users' details up to date, as set out in the Schedule of Requirements.o Occasional provision of information/workshops in the field of safety/sustainability/lifetime extension of the products.The workwear consists of the following packages:1.
