Description

This invitation to tender is being launched in accordance with the procedure: open invitation to tender - Articles R. 2124-2, R. 2161-1 of the Code de la commande publique. The Nice opera house needs to purchase dance items (slippers, various items of clothing) for the Nice Côte d'Azur ballet throughout the season.
Framework agreement with purchase orders minimum: 15 000 EUR, maximum: 60 000 EUR in value in EUR HT. Duration (excluding renewal): twelve. Start of the contract: on notification of the contract. The time limit for the performance of each service shall be indicated in the order form or, where appropriate, in the CCTP.
