All the characteristics of the supply subject of this contract are described in articles 2 and 3 of the specifications. Subcontracting Subcontracting will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of art. 105 of Legislative Decree 50/2016. Payments will be made directly to the subcontractor, subject to confirmation of regular execution by the successful tenderer, if the cases referred to in paragraph 13 of the same art. 105 exist. Provisional guarantees and guarantees required to the extent of EUR 17 045,45 equal to 2 % of the contract amount, to be lent in the manner provided for in art. 93 of Legislative Decree 50/2016. The aforementioned guarantee must be valid for at least 270 days from the date of submission of the tender. The successful tenderer must provide the final one as per art. 103 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and the guarantee as per art. 12 of the specifications. Legal form to be taken by the temporary grouping of competitors The participation of economic operators is allowed in a single or associated form, according to the provisions of art. 45 of D.Lgs. 50/2016 provided they meet the requirements set out in this invitation to tender and the tender specifications.Method of determining the amount of compensation: based on the amount of compensation, please refer to the provisions of art. 89 of D.Lgs. 50/2016.This contract will be valid until 31.12.2023.
