Invitation to tender for a contract to join a healthcare purchasing group with the aim of the contractor providing purchasing services.
The Ilm-Kreis-Kliniken Arnstadt-Ilmenau gGmbH is a municipal hospital providing basic and standard care, whose owner is the district. The clinics have 377 planned beds in accordance with §108 SGB V at the two locations Arnstadt and Ilmenau. The clinics intend the cooperation of the service of a purchasing group in medical and pharmaceutical material requirements and general business requirements. The current purchasing volume in the aforementioned areas amounts to around EUR 6 million per year. It is expected that the purchasing association will carry out transparent, legally compliant, public procurement procedures in accordance with the VgV, as well as provide corresponding templates for the downstream import of conditions into the materials management system. Furthermore, extensive consulting support and relevant further training offers are expected.
