Description

Expected services: P.1 Institutional brochures, magazines, books or periodicals; P.2 Supports for events; P.3 Wall and window coverings; P.4 Carterie; P.5 Stationery; P.6 Routing and mass dispatch; conditions and deadlines for production and delivery: for offset: the deadlines proposed by the holder in his offer may not exceed 15 calendar days from the receipt by the holder of the digital media including files for printing work and 3 additional days for delivery. For digital: the deadlines proposed by the holder in his offer may not exceed 4 calendar days from the receipt by the holder of digital media including files for printing and 3 days for delivery. The lead times proposed by the contractor in his offer may not exceed 15 calendar days from the date of receipt by the contractor of the order. For urgent orders: the execution of services requires an ability to be responsive and sometimes to respond within tight deadlines. The execution is considered satisfactory on this point if the schedule transmitted to the holder is respected by both parties. In particular, the incumbent may be required to work under extremely tight deadlines. In accordance with Articles L. 2194-1 and R. 2194-1 of the Public Procurement Code, the CGET reserves the right to amend: the BPU annexes by adding or deleting UOs, the CCTP by specifying the scope or Annex 7- deadlines for printing and production works and by modifying the organisation and control of the execution of the framework agreement, and the CCAP by amending the price revision clause or the clause on invoicing and payment methods. In accordance with Articles L. 2194-1 and R. 2194-2 to R. 2194-4 of the Public Procurement Code, this framework agreement may be amended by the Contracting Authority when additional services, whatever their amount, have become necessary and were not included in this framework agreement.
