Description
printing, binding and delivery in the Somme department of the departmental magazine and its supplements. The Framework Agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. It will be executed by means of order forms, in application of articles R.2162-2 paragraph 2 and R.2162-4 of the Public Order Code, as and when required by the Department. Minimum annual quantity: 3 magazines. Maximum annual quantity: 12 magazines. A maximum of three supplements may be ordered per year
