Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of paper for printers, photocopiers and faxes. The essential requirements for paper for printers, photocopiers and fax machines: - the materials must comply with the applicable first-grade standards,- the materials must be delivered in the original factory packaging with the manufacturer's security features. The packaging must allow full identification of the goods, e.g. quantity, type, parameters, expiry date, etc. without the need to break the packaging. A detailed description of the subject of the order together with the quantity and places of delivery is specified in Appendix 1 to the ToR. The warranty period for the entire subject of the order is 12 months from the date of receipt of the goods, i.e. from the date of signing the receipt protocol. The Contractor is obliged to present a warranty statement, consistent with the agreement, on the date of acceptance of the subject of the order.
