Description

The order comprises the production and delivery of security paper for high-performance laser printers (continuous tabulation paper (with perforated edge) for guide certificates (annual requirement approx. 8,000,000 sheets) and penalty notices (annual requirement approx. 200,000 sheets), 12 inch x 240 mmm laser printing paper, and DIN A4 single sheet paper for guide certificates, DIN A4 laser printing paper (annual requirement approx. 200,000 sheets), each with security imprints.Position 1 - Tabulation paper endless "certificate of good conduct "12 inch x 240 mm Laser printer paper with perforated edge, individually printed, 2/0 colour, reagent colour erasable (green); imprint with microprint "Bundesamt für Justiz" except address field and imprint federal eagle (see attached sample (copy) - Appendix 1); white-yellow under UV radiation fluorescent colour (edge of federal eagle and short vertical lines outside the federal eagle imprint); annual requirements approx. 8 000 000 sheets - variation 20 %Position 2 - tabulation paper endless "Strafnachrichten "12 inch x 240 mm Laser printer paper with perforated edge, individually printed, 2/0 colour; imprint eagle in special colour green with microprint Federal Office of Justice, table and black lettering (see attached sample (copy) - Appendix 2); annual requirements approx. 200 000 sheets - variation 20 % Position 3 - Single sheet paper "certificate of good conduct "DIN A4 - Single sheet laser printer paper, individually printed, 2/0 colour, reagent colour erasable (green); imprint with microprint "Bundesamt für Justiz" except address field and imprint federal eagle (see Attached sample (copy) - Annex 3);White-yellow fluorescent paint under UV radiation (edge of the federal eagle and short vertical lines outside the impression of the federal eagle);Annual requirements approx. 120 000 sheets - 20 % variationIn connection with previous deliveries of security paper for high-power laser printers, the following colour designations were used:- reagent colour ERASOL-Green 71-0057 N/57 N a erasable,- white/yellow - fluorescent 360 022 F UV. These designations are provided for orientation purposes only and do not constitute mandatory requirements for performance. The tendering authority intends to meet the requirement for a product-neutral description of the subject of the tender in this respect. 3 items of security paper are required to have the same appearance and properties as the original samples presented here. Security paper of items 1 and 2 shall be supplied in stable cartons which must not impair the moisture content of the paper, each filled with 2 500 sheets. In the case of the delivery of security paper of item 3, a carton shall contain 5 packages of 500 sheets each in paper or foil packaging. Since the security paper to be delivered is used for the production of printed products with document quality within the framework of the maintenance of the Federal Central Register and due to the importance of this register procedure for the BfJ, special requirements are placed on the expertise, efficiency, reliability and compliance with the law of the bidder.
