Kompetanse Norge would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for visual communication, such as design, illustration and photo services. Tenderers must have knowledge and an understanding of channel choices and the channels' qualities, and an insight into the market and target groups.The framework agreement must ensure good and uniform visual communication for Kompetanse Norge, and be a resource for Kompetanse Norge's own communication advisors, graphic designers and website designers and developers. Our language profile gives guidelines for language and tenderers are obliged to familiarise themselves with this. The language and design profiles must ensure a uniform expression, independent of channel and policy instrument. It is important that the tenderer has the ability to be creative within the framework of the profile, and that the material/content that is developed fulfils the universal design requirements, WCAG 2.1.Tenderers must be able to deliver products that are suitable for all channels and must be updated on new channels and function areas. It is important that tenderers can refer to good competence and knowledge on digital and social channels, and the possibilities within digital communication.
