Description

The subject of the contract is:1) production of 7 issues of the "Biuletyn Informacyjny KOWR" (COWR Information Bulletin), having the ISSN number, in 2020 and 2021;2) printing of individual issues of the Bulletin in the following editions: first issue - 8,000 copies, second issue - 8,700 copies, third issue - 8,000 copies, fourth issue - 8,000 copies; fifth issue - 8,000 copies, sixth issue - 8,700 copies, number seven - 8,000 copies;3) distribution of the Bulletin's edition, i.e. 3) distribution of Bulletin outlays, i.e. packing, loading, delivery to destinations specified in Attachment No. 2 to the Material Provisions of the Agreement, and unloading;4) transfer to the Ordering Party of copyrights to the design of each of the 7 issues of the Bulletin, including to the design of the first page of the cover and one infographics selected by the Ordering Party, as well as the right to permit the exercise of the dependent copyrights to the works, as well as to grant authorizations to exercise the personal copyrights to the works and ensure that the actual authors of the works do not exercise the personal copyrights; 5) transfer to the Ordering Party of the ownership of copies and media on which each issue of the Bulletin is recorded.
