Description

- Part I of the order: printing and delivery of the catalogue on European Funds in Małopolska and adapting the PDF file of the catalogue to the needs of people with disabilities. The order includes printing 3,000 copies of the catalogue and their delivery to the orderer's office. The catalogue will bear the number ISBN, - part II of the order: linguistic correction, printout and delivery of the tourist guide "European Funds in Małopolska". "Weekend with the Funds" concerning selected projects co-financed from the Regional Operational Programme of Małopolskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 (2nd edition, updated and completed) and adaptation of the guide's PDF file to the needs of people with disabilities. The guide will include examples of so-called "good practice" projects, together with maps and practical information for tourists. The publication is to serve an educational and informational function and inspire to apply for EU support within the framework of the MRD of the ordering party. The guide will have an ISBN number.
Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Annex 3a for part I of the contract.3 Part I of the contract: printing and delivery of the catalogue concerning European Funds in Małopolska and adapting the PDF file of the catalogue to the needs of people with disabilities. The order includes printing 3,000 copies of the catalogue and their delivery to the ordering party's seat. The catalogue will bear the ISBN.4. CPV code: 79823000-9 Printing and delivery services.5. If the descriptions include: names of trademarks, patents or origin, this should be treated only as an aid in describing the subject of the order. In any case, products equivalent in terms of use, materials, functionality, construction, colours, etc.6. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with the disposition of art. 29 par. 3a of the Act, does not require that the person(s) participating in the performance of the contract be/have been employed by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974.7The subject matter of the contract is co-financed from the funds of the Regional Operational Programme of Małopolskie Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020. 1 The subject matter of the contract is the printing of publications concerning the European Funds.2 Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Annex 3b for Part II of the contract.3.
