Description

The contracting authority invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the hire of multi-functional printers. The contracting authority will choose one tenderer for the entire framework agreement.Rogaland County and Kolumbus AS are independent legal objects and will sign separate contracts with the winner of the competition. Kolumbus AS has the secretariat function in the procurement and will handle all contact with tenderers in the competition.The contracting authority currently has a framework agreement with Konica Minolta Business Solutions Norway AS. Each printer has an underlying contract for 5 years. The contracting authority currently has approx. 300 multi-functional printers in the different entities. The underlying contracts for approx. 80 % of these printers expire during the new contract period.The digital development department administers ICT for all the entities in Rogaland County, in addition to the company Tannhelse Rogaland and the limited company Kolumbus AS.The printers will be gradually replaced during the contract period. Only new printers are to be offered.The procurement of multi-functional printers is not covered by this framework agreement.Based on figures from 2018, this framework agreement will have a total value of approx. 15 000 000 NOK over 4 years. This amount is an estimate and it can deviate throughout the new framework agreement.The contract period for the framework agreement is set to 4 years from 1.1.2020
