Direct laser writer for maskless litography
FFI (Norwegian Defense Research Establishment) is in the process of purchasing a tool for direct laser writing on UV photoresists. The tool will be located in a clean room environment, and the primary use will be patterning on different semiconductor surfaces for microelectronic applications and various optical devices.
