Description

Delivery, installation and rental of printers and multifunctional systems incl. service, maintenance and consumables.
The scope of services is the rental and service model for print output management at MDR, which was introduced many years ago and optimized over several contract terms as a complete package.A total of approx. 360 printers and multifunctional devices are to be used in all MDR locations in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia in the new rental and service model. Three device categories are required: A4 black/white printer (DR4), A4 color multifunction device (MFG4F), A3 color multifunction device (MFG3F)The service includes:- Focus on the office environment / decentralized printing- Provision of devices for printing, copying, faxing and scanning needs- Realization of an operating model: supply of consumables (excluding paper) and provision of all services to maintain continuous operation defined by service levels, including service management. Service management- Electronic cost allocation based on the system according to the originator- Implementation of an authentication system in connection with the multifunction devices- Connection of the devices to the existing network structure (Fibre To The Desk - FTTD and Ethernet)
