The subject matter of the contract is printing and distribution of examination materials for the examination confirming the qualifications in the profession/occupational exam in the months January-February 2023 and June-July 2023, including preparation for printing, printing and preparation for shipment (sorting and packaging) and distribution of examination materials to schools, institutions and examination centers for the examination confirming the qualifications in the profession/occupational exam in Poland in the examination sessions January-February 2023 and June-July 2023, hereinafter referred to as the "vocational exam", Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (Terms of Reference) is specified in appendices to the SWZ: 1) appendix 1a - description of the subject matter of the contract - Task I2) appendix 1b - description of the subject matter of the contract - Task II3) appendix 1c - additional requirements concerning examination sheets - available (pursuant to art.133, sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Law) in the seat of CKE Warszawa, ul. Lewartowskiego 6, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., until the deadline for submission of offers.
The subject of the contract is printing and distribution of examination materials for the examination confirming the qualifications in the profession/occupational exam in the months January-February 2023 and June-July 2023 including preparation for printing, printing and preparation for shipment (sorting and packing) and distribution of examination materials to schools, institutions and examination centers for the examination confirming the qualifications in the profession/occupational exam in Poland in the examination sessions January-February 2023 and June-July 2023, Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (Terms of Reference) is specified in appendices to the Terms of Reference: 1) appendix 1a - description of the subject matter of the contract - Task I2) appendix 1b - description of the subject matter of the contract - Task II3) appendix 1c - additional requirements concerning examination sheets In view of the above, the Contracting Authority, bearing in mind the provisions of Article 133, item 3 of the PPL Act, hereby informs that Appendix no. 1c to the SWZ will be made available to Economic Operators at the seat of the Central Examination Commission in Warsaw, ul. Lewartowskiego 6, (main secretariat) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., until the deadline for submission of tenders. Before the content of the attachment is made available to the public, the Contractor must sign a confidentiality commitment that includes requirements related to maintaining its confidentiality, which is attached as Attachment 1d to the SWZ.3 The Contractor is obliged to ensure that activities related to access to the content of examination materials, i.e. securing them from unauthorized disclosure, are performed only by persons employed by the Contractor or its subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - The Contractor undertakes to deliver, within 14 days of signing the Contract, a proof of civil liability policy with the required premium paid. The Contractor is obliged to take out a third party liability insurance policy at his own expense and maintain it during the period of performance of the public procurement contract. The civil liability insurance policy must meet at least the conditions specified in § 2 items 20-29 of the Specimen Contract - Annex no. 5 to the SWZ. 6. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate submitting partial bids. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate submitting variant bids.8. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate awarding similar contracts as specified in art. 214 item 1 point 7) of the PPL Act.9. The Contracting Authority does not require or permit submission of a bid in the form of electronic catalogs or attaching electronic catalogs to a bid in the situation specified in art. 93 of the PPL Act.10. The Economic Operator does not require submission of such means of evidence.Term of performance of the contractThe Economic Operator shall be obliged to perform the subject matter of the contract within the period not exceeding 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
