The Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) awards a framework contract for printing and mailing services with a contract term of 2 years by means of an open procedure. The contract shall be extended by a further year if it is not terminated 6 months prior to expiry. The maximum contract duration is 4 years. The service is divided into 3 lots Lot 1: The publication baua: Aktuell of the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) reports regularly on the results of research and research applications as well as on the work of the Federal Institute including the German Work Environment Exhibition (DASA). Lot 1 of this invitation to tender relates to the production and dispatch of this publication, to be produced four times a year. Lot 2: The Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin) requires ongoing printing services to fulfil its transfer tasks, e.g. publication of research results, information materials, recommendations for action, etc. and, for some publications, dispatch services, which are the subject of the requirements advertised in Lot 2. Lot 3: As part of its communication activities, DASA informs citizens about its mission and offers (permanent exhibition, temporary exhibitions, events, guided tours, workshops, service areas). DASA uses communication instruments from the fields of advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion and public relations. In this context, print media are continuously required for the DASA, the printing and, if applicable, dispatch of which is the subject of this lot.
