Description

The objective of the tender is to identify an expert and qualified operator to be entrusted with the task of creating a communication campaign for the Communications Guarantee Authority.
The purpose of the assignment is to ensure the widest possible dissemination and awareness of consumer issues in the electronic communications sector, informing about the activities carried out by the Authority for Communications Guarantees to protect consumers' rights, their rights and self-defence instruments. The communication campaign in question requires a communication strategy with a strong institutional value; conceived as a unicum, it has an immediate reflection on the image of the Authority, and must, therefore, be carried out by a supplier capable of ensuring all the services of which it is composed, with absolute professionalism and rigour, through the use of personnel of proven reliability and experience.
