Description

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive conservation of the Leopoldin Hall in the Main Building of the University of Wrocław at 1 Uniwersytecki Square in Wrocław, including the polychromy of the central vault with stuccowork, the polychromy of the wall under the choir and the conservation of the northern group of student benches. The building is entered in the register of monuments under the number: A/2903/163, decision of 15.2.1962 and decision no 1205/25/R of 29.8.1972 (movable monuments).
The subject of the order is the comprehensive conservation of the Leopoldin's Hall in the Main Building of the University of Wrocław at 1 Uniwersytecki Square in Wrocław, including the polychromy of the central vault with stuccowork, the polychromy of the wall under the choir and the conservation of the northern group of student benches.The building is entered in the register of monuments under the following number: A/2903/163, decision of 15.2.1962 and decision no. 1205/25/R of 29.8.1972 (movable monuments).2. The scope of the order includes:2.1. performing conservation works in the Leopoldina Hall, such as:1) polychromy:a) main stage (central vault) - 1 piece,b) main vault telescope - 10 pcs,c) wall under the choir (back wall, and 4 sections of walls between window niches);2) monochrome:a) window niche arches - 10 pcs,b) shield walls in telescope - 10 pcs,3) stuccowork:a) heads on cornice - gypsum stuccowork - 16 pcs,b) heads on the ledge - gilding - 8 pcs,c) circular walls and telescopes - gypsum stuccos - 10 pcs,d) gilding - stuccos - 2 pcs,e) stuccos - stucco mirror - 10 pcs,f) stuccowork - polychrome - 10 pcs;4) technical conservation of plaster behind the bench;5) aesthetic conservation of the door glyph;6) conservation of 16 student benches in the northern set of benches (the 16 benches include a foreground);7) replacement of the oak wooden platform for the above mentioned above. 8) dismantling and assembly of the back of the bench under the choir;9) colour integration and repair at the window glyphs (under the window sills in the window glyphs and in the window glyphs) approx. 7 m2;10) color merging of the walls behind the images (corners) and the walls between the consoles approx. 8 m2;2.2. making as-built conservation documentation and comparative photographic documentation, including on an electronic carrier (in 3 copies in paper form and 3 copies on a CD) within 2 months of the completion of conservation work;2.3. developing recommendations for the user concerning the ongoing maintenance of the completed elements.3Detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in the following attachments:1) attachment No. 3 to the ToR - description of the subject of the order;2) attachment No. 3.1 to the ToR - conservation work programme;3) attachment No. 3.2 to the ToR - decisions of the Municipal Conservator of Monuments:a) No. 258/2020, b) No. 1110/2014;4) attachment No. 3.3 to the ToR - projection of the Leopoldina Hall and drawings;5) Annex No. 3.4 to the ToR - situation plan;6) Annex No. 3.5 to the ToR - photographic documentation: ...7) Annex No. 3.6 to the ToR - as-built documentation:a) documentation of conservation and restoration works at the Music Emporium in the Leopoldina Hall of the University of Warsaw, a) documentation of the conservation and restoration work on the palate of the Leopoldina Aula in the Main Building of the University of Warsaw, carried out in 2017 by a consortium of companies: Artest sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bolechowice and Art Service Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art with its registered office in Krakow,b) documentation of conservation and restoration works of polychrome window glyphs in the Leopoldina Hall of the University of Warsaw, carried out in 2019 by a consortium of companies: Art Service Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art with its registered office in Krakow and Artest sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bolechowice.3.1. Detailed terms and conditions of order execution and payment are specified in the specimen agreement, which constitutes Appendix No. 4 to the ToR.
