The subject of the contract is to prepare the design documentation for the task entitled: "Construction of the Sobocisko measurement station as part of the construction of the gas pipeline Tworóg-Kędzierzyn-Zdzieszowice-Wrocław together with the infrastructure necessary for its operation in the provinces of Silesia, Opole and Lower Silesia". Number of proceedings: ZP/2019/06/0084/WROInwestycja is covered by the Act of 24 April 2009 on investments in the scope of the liquefied natural gas regasification terminal in Świnoujście, hereinafter referred to as the Special Act (Journal of Laws 2017.2302, as amended)2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Order is contained in Attachments No. 1 to the ToR - Draft Agreement.3. The CPV code number of the subject matter of the Order: 71242000-64. Where the Specification and Attachments to the Specification refer to a specific type of standards, the Contracting Authority shall accept equivalent standards. The Contractor who, in order to prove that the offered subject of the Order meets the requirements of the Order, refers to equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to demonstrate that the offered subject of the Order meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.5 The Ordering Party accepts the possibility of a site visit by the Contractors, no later than 3 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In such a situation, the Contractor is obliged, at least 2 days before the date of the site visit proposed by him, to make an application using electronic means of communication within the meaning of the Act of 18.7.2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1672, as amended). 1219; hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Provision of Services by Electronic Means") to the Contracting Authority with a request to establish the date (day and hour) of the on-site inspection with the reservation that the on-site inspection may take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The Contractor shall be obliged to familiarise itself with and apply the recommendations resulting from the Code of Conduct for Suppliers of Gas Transmission Operator Gaz-System S.A.
