This Sources Sought Notice is to determine sources for providing trailer mountain portable toilet rental and portable sink with twice a week cleaning services at Sierra Army Depot- Herlong, CA.
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses. This is not a request for bids, quotes, proposals or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. As stipulated in FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not considered offers, shall not be used as a proposal, and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any service whatsoever. Furthermore, responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the responding party's expense.
The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the socio-economic set aside if feasible.
Interested and capable firms shall must provide the following information:
