The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new notebooks with additional software and equipment under the framework agreement in the amount of 410 pieces - with the technical parameters specified in Annex 2 to the ToR.1.1 The Ordering Party does not accept partial tenders.1The Awarding Entity shall provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement with three Economic Operators whose bids prove to be the most advantageous of all submitted bids in terms of bid evaluation criteria specified in Chapter XVI of ToR.2 The procedure for concluding an executive agreement and awarding a contract is specified in Chapter II item 2 of ToR.3 The required product features: The Awarding Entity included in the description of the subject matter of the contract the required product features, including adjustment to the needs of all users. There are no specific requirements concerning accessibility of the described subject matter of the contract to disabled persons.

The amount of the deposit: The deposit may be paid in: - money, - bank guarantees or guarantees of a cooperative savings and credit fund, however, the guarantee of the fund is always a cash guarantee, - bank guarantees, - insurance guarantees, - guarantees granted by entities referred to in art. 6b item 5 point 2 of the Act of 9 November 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (Journal of Laws of 2019, 1.3. The deposit in money should be paid by bank transfer to the account: NBP O/Okręgowy Wrocław, number: 34 1010 1674 0000 9713 9120 1000, with a note on the transfer: "The deposit in money shall be effectively paid upon crediting the funds to the Contracting Authority's bank account, before the deadline for submission of tenders (i.e. before the day and hour set as the deadline for submission of tenders). The Contracting Authority recommends that if the deposit is paid in the form of: cash - a document confirming that the deposit has been transferred should be attached to the ZIP file containing a tender;1.5.1 If the deposit is paid in a form other than cash, the original document confirming that the deposit has been paid should be submitted by the contractor using electronic means of communication together with the tender, or sent by e-mail to iwona.rogaczewska@wr.policja.gov.pl before the deadline for submission of tenders.1.5.2. This means that the effective lodging of a deposit in the form of a surety or guarantee requires the submission of a document drawn up in electronic form (accompanied by a qualified electronic signature of an employee of the institution providing the surety or guarantee who is authorised to draw up and issue the document) ensuring that the requirement to submit the document in its original form is met.1.5.3 The content of the guarantee/security should result in an unconditional obligation of the Guarantor to pay the Contracting Authority the full amount of the guarantee in the circumstances specified in art. 46 item 4a and 5 of the Act on PPL.1.6. A Bid of a Bidder who fails to pay the guarantee or makes an incorrect payment will be rejected.1The circumstances and rules of return of the deposit, its forfeiture and the rules of counting it towards the contract performance bond are specified in the Act PZP.2 The contract performance bond is not required by the Contracting Authority.
