Description

Subject of the contract: purchase and delivery of 527 pieces of brand new, identical mobile computers (laptop type) with installed necessary software and hardware under the task entitled: Purchase and delivery of laptops under the program Support for children and grandchildren of former PGR employees in digital development - PPGR Grants". The project is financed by the Operational Programme Digital Poland 2014-2020, Priority Axis V Digital Development of TSU and Strengthening Digital Resilience to REACT-EU Risks, Measure 5.1 Digital Development of TSU and Strengthening Digital Resilience to Risks concerning the implementation of the grant project "Supporting children of former PGR families in digital development - PPGR Grants".
Subject of the contract: The purchase and delivery of 527 units of brand new, identical laptop computers with all the necessary software and hardware installed, as part of the project entitled: "Purchase and delivery of laptops under the program Support for children and grandchildren of former State Agricultural Farm workers in digital development - Grants PPGR".The offered devices must meet the following conditions:1) All devices must come from the legal distribution channel of the manufacturer, and the use by the purchaser of the supplied devices may not constitute an infringement of third party copyrights.22) All equipment must be: a) brand new, not used before the date of delivery with the exception of use necessary to test proper operation, b) manufactured not earlier than 9 months before the date of the offer, c) supplied with documentation including: user manuals, warranty cards, statements of the manufacturer's representative confirming the validity of warranty entitlements on the territory of Poland, d) labelled in such a way as to allow identification of the model and manufacturer and supplied in the original packaging, e) covered by a package of warranty services provided by the manufacturer's service network on the territory of Poland.6All equipment must be CE marked in accordance with the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 2 June 2016 on the requirements for electrical equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 806).The Contractor undertakes to supply computer equipment that is brand new, unused, free from physical and legal defects and to issue documentation concerning the supplied subject matter of the order, e.g. certificates, attestations, declarations of conformity, operating instructions, etc.
