United States - Point of Use (POU) Consumables

This is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY.  No proposals are being solicited at this time.

The Government is seeking information for a potential Point of Use Consumables follow-on contract. Please respond to the posted questions. Please review the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and accompanying document and send any questions regarding them to the POCs listed in the posting.
 
RFI Questions
1. Please provide your Company Name, Cage Code and size under NAICS 541614
2. Does your company have the capability to support the following locations:
• Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC), Hill AFB, UT
• Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), Dugway, UT
• Aircraft Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG), Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ
• OO-ALC Geographically Separated Units (GSU) at Randolph AFB, TX, Vandenberg AFB, CA, Malstrom AFB, MT, Minot AFB, ND.
3. Does your company have the capability to warehouse locally (not on base) the inventory (see Exhibit C) required to meet the 24 hour restock requirements? Explain
4. With over 500 POU consumable machines at Hill AFB, what would your companies proposed transition plan between contracts be to ensure minimal down time of machines supporting depot maintenance? Transition-in? Transition-out?
5. Will your company be able to provide Trades Agreement Act (TAA) (Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.225-5, Trade Agreements) compliant items listed in attached Market Basket (see Exhibit C)?
6. The NAICs Code used for the current contract is 541614 with a size standard of $15,000,000.00. Do you think this NAICs code is appropriate? If not, what other NAICs code do you suggest?
7. Do you have any prior experience with providing the same type or similar support? If so, was the support done for the Department of Defense?
