Description

The object of the construction contract to be awarded is the construction of the waste water, water and gas facilities for the renewal of the "Schwimm in" open-air swimming pool at the Ochsenkamp 54 location in 58285 Gevelsberg and the complete renovation of the "Schwimm in" open-air swimming pool at the Ochsenkamp 54 location in 58285 Gevelsberg. The renovation also includes the restaurant and sanitary facilities attached to the indoor pool, which are only used during the outdoor pool season. The supply and disposal of the gastronomy and sanitary area is carried out directly from the indoor pool. The outdoor pool building is served with all supply media from the indoor pool. Disposal is carried out in the adjacent combined sewer in the outdoor pool area. The supply systems such as pipelines are mainly made of stainless steel. Disposal systems are made of PE-HD. The hot water is supplied by a hot water fresh water station. Wash basins and urinals are considered as electronic fittings. In the shower area, surface-mounted elements with automatic hygiene flushing are taken into account. The washstands, toilets and urinals are considered as sanitary porcelain. All facilities have a DVGW test mark. All fittings comply with sound insulation group II.main masses according to the tender documents: 203 m of DN 50 - DN 150 disposal piping and associated moulded and connecting pieces. 475 m supply pipelines DN 15 - DN 65 and associated fittings. 49 fittings such as e.g. angle seat and free flow valves, gate valves etc. in various dimensions. 14 WCs, 11 washstands, 8 urinals, 2 barrier-free WCs, 2 barrier-free washstands, 5 flow heaters 11 kW, 1 flow heater 21 kW, 10 shower panels.
