New construction of approx. 148 residential units with nursery, commercial and technical building in Freiham-Nord, 2nd district, WA 1, Munich services: Plastering and stucco workOn the building plot in Freiham - North, 2nd part - WA 1, Munich, six new buildings are being constructed with:- approx. 29 units (house 1; subsidized rental housing construction, Munich model rent - MMM),- approx. 31 units (house 2a; subsidized rental housing construction MWB),- approx. 64 flats (house 2 - 4; subsidized rental housing construction EOF),- approx. 24 flats (house 5; freely financed conceptual rental housing construction - KMB),- day care centre for children with 3 crèche groups and 3 kindergarten groups (house 6),- approx. 400 m2 GF for non-residential use (offices, retail trade, services), - underground car park. following services are required:thermal insulation composite system, plaster base boards, exterior plaster, paint, clinker bricks, sound insulation ventilator for swifts boxes - exterior plaster on masonry approx. 2 600 sqm, - external plaster on ETICS approx. 2 000 sqm, - plinth insulation with protective coating approx. 350 sqm, - painting approx. 5 000 sqm, - clinker brick facing on ETICS approx. 600 sqm, - soundproof ventilator approx. 180 pcs,- Swift nesting boxes approx. 150 pcs.Start of construction: May 2020Completion: September 2021
