New construction of approx. 148 residential units with day nursery, commercial and residential units in Freiham-Nord, 2nd section, WA 1, MunichServices: Drywall constructionOn the building site in Freiham - Nord, 2nd sheet - WA 1, Munich, 6 new buildings with:- approx. 29 units (House 1; subsidized rental housing construction, Munich Model Rent - MMM),- approx. 31 units (House 2a; subsidized rental housing construction MWB),- approx. 64 CU (House 2 - 4; subsidized rental housing construction EOF),- approx. 24 CU (House 5; privately financed conceptual rental housing construction - KMB),- Day care center with 3 day care groups and 3 kindergarten groups (House 6),- approx. 400 m2 GF for non-residential use (offices, retail, services),- underground car park,- the following services are required:- dry construction walls, dry construction facing shells, dry construction ceilings, shaft walls, ram protection- partition walls with sound insulation requirements approx. 7.500 sqm,- partition walls with fire protection requirements approx. 160 sqm,- partition walls without requirements approx. 150 sqm,- facing shells without requirements approx. 1000 sqm,- shaft walls with fire protection requirements approx. 160 sqm,- door openings approx. 560 pcs,- Suspended ceilings without requirement approx. 400 sqm,- Suspended ceilings with acoustic requirement approx. 900 sqm,- Impact protection hardwood panels approx. 150 m.Start of service: The service is to be started 12 working days after request by the client in accordance with § 5 Para. 2 VOB/B.The request is expected to be made in the period from 1.4.2020 - 30.4.2020.Completion of service: 381 days after request in accordance with § 5 Para. 2 VOB/B.
