Description

By means of this Contract, the Contracting Authority wishes to ensure that the urban scrub grass and ditches specified in the Specifications are mowed at the indicated frequency and that the mowing activities are performed in such a way that this makes a positive contribution to maintaining or increasing the biodiversity of the scrub grass and ditches included in the Framework Agreement for the period from 2021 up to and including 2024.
The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is expected to be € 1,350,000, excluding VAT and any optional services (see section 2.2 of the Descriptive Document), over the maximum term of the Framework Agreement of four (4) years. Tenderers cannot derive any rights from this estimated value. The Agreement to be concluded must be qualified as a Framework Agreement within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act 2012. For that reason, it will be concluded for a maximum value of 150% of the amount referred to above, in order to prevent the estimated value from being exceeded before the term of the Framework Agreement has expired. The quantities referred to in the associated Specifications and belonging to the stated result obligations are based on a term of 24 months. No rights may be derived from initial durations and Best Practice quantities.
