Description
Since January 2014, the municipalities of Barendrecht, Albrandswaard and Ridderkerk have had a joint implementing organisation in the form of a Joint Regulation, the GR BAR-Organisation. The GR BAR-Organisation is the contracting authority and acts on behalf of the client, the municipality of Barendrecht. The assignment includes the integral maintenance in the public space located in different districts within the municipal boundaries of the municipality of Barendrecht divided over three (3) parcels. These are not all parcels in the municipality of Barendrecht, parcel B has been tendered in 2019 and therefore does not fall within this assignment. Please note: budget ceiling see section 2.4.1 of the tender instructions.

Vrouwenpolder, Lagewei, Nieuweland, Molenvliet, business park Bijdorp, Paddewei, Centrum-West, Bijdorp, Dorpzicht and business park Kilweg-Noord. Oranjewijk, Buitenoord (including park Buitenoord), Ter Leede, Noord, Binnenland, Centrum-Oost, Sportpark de Bongerd, Spooroverkapping and the business parks De Punt, Reijerwaard, Dierenstein, Cornelisland, Gebroken Meeldijk and Ziedewij.
