Description

1.The subject matter of the order is: A pocket park at the intersection of Powstańców Śląskich and Wrocławska Streets. As part of the implementation of the civic budget project titled "pocket park in Wrocławska street" the following activities should be performed in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and the concept of greenery management of the square in Wrocławska street The subject of the contract shall be carried out according to the concept of greenery management of the square in Wrocławska street, appendix no. 1 to the General Terms of Reference.Conditions for execution of the contract are included in appendix no. 1 to SWZ (OPZ) and in appendix no. 6 to SWZ (Draft Contractual Provisions).
As part of realization of the civic budget project titled "pocket park in Wrocławska street" the following activities should be performed according to the description of the object of the contract and the concept of greenery management in the square in Wrocławska street Cleanup work3. 3. planting of plant material, establishment of lawn 4. placement of ecological lawn mats5. 5. setting up 3 benches and 2 waste baskets The subject matter of the contract shall be carried out in accordance with the concept of greenery management of the square in Wrocławska Street - which constitutes attachment no. 1 to the General Terms of Reference. The method and scope of tree maintenance shall be agreed with the Client. All work related to the maintenance of greenery should be performed in compliance with the art of gardening and under the supervision of a person (work coordinator) with the appropriate authorization, i.e. with a higher education degree in horticulture, landscape architecture or forestry and 3 years of professional practice or a secondary education degree in horticulture, landscape architecture or forestry and 5 years of professional practice. Removal of trees Method and sequence of work:1. felling the tree - the possible work of the hoist should be taken into account;2. removal of wood and branches - the possible cutting of branches, i.e. the work of the chainsaw into sections convenient for transport, as well as removal and disposal of the green mass should be provided for. 3. cleaning up the area around the tree (sweeping the surface or removing small chips and twigs from the lawn);- Milling the rootsThe service consists of:- manually digging up the root ball to a depth of 20 cm below the ground surface, milling the root ball 30 cm below the ground surface,- levelling the surface of the lawn or basin and filling it with topsoil,- cleaning up the area, including littering the paved surfaces, or raking the area contaminated during milling of the root ball.The use of a milling machine is required.- Tree care includes pruning, technical pruning, clear-cutting, sanitary pruning, corrective pruning, reduction pruning and pruning to improve the stability of trees. The work also includes trimming branches if they collide with the infrastructure. Loading and removal of timber should take place on the day of work, at other times only after consultation with the Contracting Authority.- Grubbing up shrubs The activity includes: 1. digging up the roots; 2. removing the shrub with the stem; 3. backfilling the hole with topsoil; 4. levelling and raking the surface; 6. cleaning up any adjacent areas contaminated with soil or bark; 7. removing the spoil.II. PlantingThe planting material used must have a properly formed trunk, crown, and root system. Shrubs must be several years old, properly formed, and have a shrubby habit with a minimum of 3-5 stems. Detailed parameters of the plants to be planted are given in the price form - Annex no. 2 to the agreement. Laying lawn ecotone (56 m2) (grey or black in color): 1. remove top layer of soil to a thickness of about 7 cm, level the bottom and make a slope of 1.5%.2. cover the surface with non-woven fabric to stabilize it.3. spread an even layer of gravel and sand mixture with a thickness of at least 3 cm and compact it.4. place an ecobord border.5. 5. lining the surface with gratings and filling in with aggregate fi 8-16 (color of the aggregate depending on the color of the gratings - grey or graphite/black) grey or graphite. The surface must be laid in such a way as to ensure free entry and exit for persons with disabilities (levelling of the difference in level between the existing pedestrian path and the ecogrid surface).
