Planning service - engineering structures and traffic facilities planning for the renewal of Bahnhofstraße
The Bahnhofstraße in Voerde is to be renewed and connects the western bypass Frankfurter Straße L 346 with the city center of Voerde. Along Bahnhofstraße, mainly single-family houses are located and residential quarters are connected and developed.The school center is located in the eastern area. Bahnhofstraße is used by two bus lines, and there is hardly any heavy traffic. The current structural condition of the roads requires rehabilitation of the entire stretch. The roadway shows numerous damages. The curbs and secondary facilities are raised and damaged by roots in the area of the trees. The existing alley-like tree planting was assessed in December 2019 and January 2022 and found to be partially worth preservingThe entire section of Bahnhofstraße is located in the catchment area of water protection zone IIIB.The subject of the contract is the engineering structures and traffic facility planning services required for the implementation of the project, namely for the performance categories engineering structures and traffic facility planning in accordance with Part 3 Sections 3 and 4 of the HOAI in conjunction with Annex 12 in performance phases 4 and 4. Annex 12 in the work phases 4 to 8 and 13 in the work phases 5 to 8.
