Provision of planning services for the replacement of the weir Parchim
II.1.4 Short description:The weir Tuchfabrik Parchim (weir arm Mühlenstrom Parchim, BWaStr-ID 5921) in Parchim is located at km 72.20 of the Müritz-Elde waterway. It regulates the water level of the Parchim-Neuburg reservoir and is part of the inner-city dam system of Parchim. In addition to structural deficiencies, the dimensions and hydraulic capacity of the facility do not meet current requirements. For the above-mentioned reasons, the WSV intends to replace the weir at the Tuchfabrik Parchim with a fish ladder.The preferred variant approved in 2020 as the result of the preliminary planning/preliminary investigation envisages the following solution:- Deconstruction of the existing weir and new construction of a 2-field flap weir and additional small weir field as a fish ladder- Construction of a fish ladder- Deconstruction of a road bridge and backfilling of the old weir channel with subsequent surface design and creation of an otter culvert- New construction of a road bridge in the course of the weir reconstructionBased on the present preliminary planning/preliminary investigation, the "Draft Implementation Document (E-AU)" according to VV-WSV 2107 is to be prepared and subsequently supported in the award of the construction work.The following planning steps are to be performed:- Preparation of a design and approval planning as a basis for the plan approval document- Preparation of and participation in the plan approval procedure- Preparation of a draft implementation document according to VV-WSV 2107, §8(3) with- implementation documents- detailed statics for essential components- risk assessment according to EU Machinery Directive- Preparation of the contract documents- Preparation of and participation in the invitation to tender and award of contract for the construction work.The following services are part of the contract:- Object planning of engineering structures- Structural planning- Technical equipment (plant groups 4 and 5)- Services in accordance with the Machinery Directive- Services in accordance with the Construction Site Ordinance- Geotechnical services (geotechnical report)- Services for structural investigation- Landscape planning services and environment-related planning and consulting services- Noise immission control- Surveying services
