Description

The client, the city of Auerbach im Vogtland, plans to redevelop the former all-weather swimming pool Waldbad Brunn into a sustainable family outdoor pool. For this purpose, the hall, which is closed for construction reasons, has to be demolished. The entrance and cash desk area is to be redesigned. The extent to which the existing building fabric can be preserved is to be examined. The diving pool is to be renovated and a new pool for swimmers, non-swimmers and babies is to be built. The former sunbathing lawn is to be restored in large parts. The surface balance is to be improved in favour of unsealing. The pathways as well as the pools are to meet the requirements of barrier-free accessibility and the entire facility is to be designed in an inclusive manner according to the latest aspects. To increase sustainability, the existing deep well is to be optimised. A PV system with energy storage is to be installed to cover the facility's own needs and to extend the bathing season in spring and autumn by heating the water.The planning services are to be awarded in the following 3 lots within the framework of a negotiated procedure:Lot 1 Planning of facilities, open spaces and supporting structures incl. building physics and fire protection consultingLot 2 Planning of the technical equipment of facility groups 1-3+7+8Lot 3 Planning of the technical equipment of facility groups 4-5The total investment volume of the construction project amounts to approx.4.8 million Euro gross. The planning services are to be commissioned in stages, initially as the first stage up to the preparation of the design planning (LP 3). Interested applicants are hereby requested to apply for the planning services for Lot 2.
The client intends to award the basic services for the planning of the technical equipment according to HOAI § 55 for the work phases 1 to 3 for the plant groups 1-3+7+8. After confirmation of the planning by the funding agency, the work phases 4 - 9 are to be commissioned.
