Description
The subject of the contract is the electrical planning for the reconstruction, partial demolition and extension of the west wing of the Benedictus Hospital in Tutzing, which is a planned hospital of care level 1 and has 165 beds and 10 beds as a day clinic for pain therapy according to the KH requirements plan. Due to the increasing number of patients and the increasing severity of the patient clientele, the existing premises, in particular the intensive care unit, the emergency room and the endoscopy, are very small and cramped, which is why correct hygienic work is difficult. the clinic management is now planning to extend the clinic in the west with an extension (2,200 m2 GFA) in order to create more space for the above-mentioned departments and to meet the increased requirements. To this end, the existing single-storey extension with current dialysis facilities is to be demolished and an extension is planned. This solid structure consists of 5 floors (basement, ground floor and 1st to 3rd floors), which includes the following functional areas:- basement: absolutely necessary ancillary rooms, such as technical centres and farm yard with delivery,- ground floor: emergency room with right of way and new endoscopy department,- 1st floor: intensive care unit, partly with sluice and additional ancillary rooms and working rooms,- 2nd floor: intensive care unit, partly with sluice and additional ancillary rooms and working rooms,- 1st floor: emergency room with access to the building, partly with a door and a door. -Furthermore, the planned conversion measures (800 m2 GFA) include the modification of existing rooms in the emergency department, the dismantling of the structure of the intensive care department and the upgrading of the existing hospital rooms to care for intermediate care patients. A new access road to the hospital is planned for supply and disposal as well as horizontal transport, which will equalise traffic in front of the main entrance of the hospital. As an extension of the street, the southern garden of the hospital will be accessed via a passage through the extension building, which will provide access to the new dialysis building. In addition, 5 roofed, above-ground parking spaces are planned. The construction project receives municipal funding from the government of Upper Bavaria. The 2nd and 3rd floors, however, are not subsidised. dates:-- Start of planning: immediately after contract award,-- Completion: at the earliest 4th quarter 2022.- Estimated costs:-- KGR 300: approx. 3.95 million EUR (net),-- KGR 400: approx. 2.08 million EUR (net).
