Description

The district courtyard to be planned is a building complex consisting of several buildings with different uses. The following building areas are mentioned here in advance, but in this list they can only be regarded as roughly defined units of use and with approximate details of the space requirements to be expected: - as a two-storey building: factory and administration building with approx. 840 m2 GFA, - as a single-storey building: workshop building with approx. 400 m2 GFA, vehicle hall frost-free with approx. 350 m2 GFA, warehouse frost-free with approx. 180 m2 GFA, vehicle hall closed with approx. 620 m2 GFA, vehicle hall open with approx. 220 m2 GFA as well as utility and warehouse building such as e.g. a salt hall and brine tank with approx. 600 m2 GFA, equipment hall (enclosed on 3 sides) with approx. 300 m2 GFA, further storage or equipment halls with approx. 250 m2 GFA, washing and fuel station with approx. 180 m2 GFA, heating centre with wood chip storage with approx. 200 m2 GFA This results in an approximate GFA of approx. 4 000 m2 plus necessary ancillary areas and outdoor facilities. Within the framework of this VgV procedure, the awarding authority will tender the following services in stages from LPh 2 onwards, whereby initially only stage 1 (LPh 2-4) will be commissioned. The awarding authority reserves the right to commission LPh 5-7 as stage 2 and LPh 8 in stage 3. There is no entitlement to the commissioning of stages 2 and 3, - Architectural services in accordance with HOAI for the planning of buildings in accordance with Part 3: Object planning, Section 1: Buildings and interiors Information on the processing of the fee sheet: Architectural services of HOAI for the planning of buildings in accordance with Part 3: Object planning, Section 1: Buildings and interiors Commissioning initially for work phases 2 - 4. It must also be possible to perform work phases 5 - 8 in the event of a further commissioning. For work phase 8, a daily presence on the construction site is required (apart from exceptions such as bad weather phases, etc.).
