Description

The objective of the overall project "Wireless School" (WLSCH) is to equip the vocational schools, technical schools, new secondary schools (NMS) and polytechnic schools of the City of Vienna as well as combination locations with these school types (e.g. combination locations NMS and primary school) with nationwide WLAN in all classrooms. For this purpose, the existing infrastructure (cabling, ICT distributors, etc.) must be renewed or expanded.
This procedure will be concluded with the conclusion of a framework agreement with 3 contract partners and with the scope of services according to part 2 of these tender documents. On the basis of this framework agreement, individual contracts for the provision of services in relation to the individual schools will then be concluded on the basis of this outline agreement. In the course of the award of the contract, the contracting authority is free not to call up all the components of the outline agreement's scope of services. The scope of services includes planning services on the one hand and construction supervision services on the other, and includes them in particular:- Viewing of the basic principles/specifications,- initial inspection and as-built survey (BTE1),- preparation of the design planning,- preparation of the link lists,- preparation of the construction progress planning,- coordination of the ICT design planning,- preparation of the final ICT implementation planning,- submission of the implementation and submission planning to the building authorities as required,- cooperation in/creation of necessary documents for the construction documentation of the project in accordance with the client's specifications.
