Over the next three years, BVB plans to commission planning services (SIA - phases 21 to 53) in the real estate sector for various small and medium-sized projects. The contract covers planning services in the SIA phases 21 to 53, mainly in the disciplines of architecture, heating/ventilation/air conditioning, plumbing, electrical engineering, building physics, statics, acoustics, fire protection, building automation and energy management.
