Description
The district of Pinneberg intends to build a rescue station with 10 parking spaces for emergency vehicles on a plot of land at Agnes-Karll-Alle 19 in the area of the former helicopter landing pad as a replacement new building for the RKiSH.
The new building is also to be used to accommodate parts of the server infrastructure of the IT association Kommunit. The construction of a new computer centre is planned in order to fulfil its tasks. LPH 1-3 are to be commissioned directly, while LPH 4-9 are to be included in the procedures as an "option" and are to be priced accordingly in the quotation and are also fully included in the price evaluation, but will not be commissioned initially, and will (in fact) only be included in the contract to be concluded as an option "to be drawn" unilaterally by the client. Execution period: from 1.9.2020 to 1.11.2022 + term LPH 9
