- Work phases 1-3 and 5-9 for the new construction of gastronomic facilities and- Work phases 3 and 5-9 for the low-threshold repair of House A in accordance with § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 No. 15.1.
The City of Chemnitz is planning to develop the former building yard of the Stadtwirtschaft Chemnitz on the southern Sonnenberg into the "Kreativhof". The entire area (Schüffnerstraße 1, 09130 Chemnitz) is to be developed into a place of encounter, art and culture, education and as a creative production site and thus established as a creative quarter with functions of the city centre for the Chemnitz Sonnenberg. For the preparation of the technical equipment planning for groups 4 and 5 according to § 53 HOAI of both subprojects, a planning office is being sought within the framework of an open procedure according to § 15 VgV.With the conclusion of the open procedure, work phases 1, 2 and 3 for the sub-project New Catering Facilities and work phase 3 for the sub-project Low-Threshold Repair House A of the Technical Equipment Specialist Planning Department Elt for facility groups 4 and 5 in accordance with § 53 HOAI are contractually commissioned. The further work phases are awarded optionally.there is no legal claim to the transfer of all work phases, even after the first work phase has been completed.the amount of the chargeable costs is as follows:Sub-object 1.1.1 Low-threshold repair of building A:- Creditable costs, facility group 4: EUR 123,325.50, net;- Creditable costs, facility group 5: EUR 11,624.50, net;- Sub-object 1.1.2 Construction of a new catering facility with access (bridge):- Creditable costs, facility group 4: EUR 54,090.51, net;- Creditable costs, facility group 5: EUR 15,454.43, net.
