Description

The subject matter of the contract is the successive supply of laboratory materials for scientific and research purposes, hereinafter referred to as materials. The Orderer requires that the materials which are the subject of the contract come from the current production and have the legally required approvals and certificates allowing them to be marketed in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Each delivery will take place after the Ordering Party has placed a partial order specifying the type of material and its quantity, as required. A detailed description of the materials, including their names and quantities expected to be purchased, has been specified in the order documents, in the forms attached to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). During the term of the contract the Contractor shall be obliged to send to the Ordering Party a monthly report on the status of implementation of the subject of the contract, and in case the value of orders exceeds 80% of the gross amount specified in the contract - to notify the Ordering Party of this fact
The purchase applies to materials of the manufacturer indicated in the name of this part or equivalent to them. The list of materials to be offered is in the SWZ (in the form appropriate to this part - the assortment and price list). The names and quantities of laboratory materials indicated in these forms have been determined on the basis of the analysis of orders awarded and settled in the period of 12 months preceding the commencement of the proceedings, determined on the basis of the Institute's own databases. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of the assortment ordered during the contract's duration, as well as to purchase the materials that are not included in the lists, using the publicly available catalogs published on the manufacturers' websites. The requirements concerning the order execution method are included in SWZ (among others in the contract template).
