The subject matter of the Contract is the execution of a construction project which also serves as the executive documentation, Gasification/Koniecpol/Gazownia Częstochowa/Construction of the ŚR/C PT/UP/00346079 gas pipeline, obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining a building permit decision with a clause of last resort, execution of works' subdivisions, investor's cost estimates, as well as providing the services of an expert in the field of construction and construction. The subject matter and value of the contract in each procedure for the award of a contract for the execution of construction works covered by a given project and exercising author's supervision.UP/00346079/Gasification/Concluding Stage 1- gas pipeline śr/c Dz 250 PE with a length of L = approx. 1,189 mb,- gas pipeline śr/c Dz 160 PE with a length of L = approx. 3,751 mb,- gas pipeline śr/c Dz 90 PE with a length of L = approx. 719 mb.Stage 2 gas pipeline śr/c Dz 160 PE with a length of L = approx. 2,295 mb,- Śr/c Dz 90 PE gas pipeline with a length of L = approx. 3,194 mb,- Śr/c Dz 63 PE gas pipeline with a length of L = approx. 9,414 mb,- Śr/c Dz 40 PE gas pipeline with a length of L = approx. 2,612 mb.Note: the source of gas will be the LNG station which is planned to be located in the communal land at Rzeczna Street in Koniecpol.The Contractor undertakes to execute and hand over the project, together with obtaining the final decision on the construction permit if required or a certificate of a competent administrative authority on the absence of grounds for objection to the Contractor's intention to commence works that do not require a construction permit within:1) Stage 1 - 20 (in words: twenty) months from the date of signing the contract;2) Stage 2 - 33 (in words: thirty-three) months from the date of signing the contract.The date of execution of the project shall be deemed to be the date of signing by the parties without reservations of the project acceptance protocol.
