Description

2 Detailed scope of works: 1) execution of a construction project, detailed design, traffic organization project, project of surface reconstruction and pre-dimensional works: a) gas pipeline ś/c - day 63 PE L= approx. 370 m;b) gas connection - day 32 PE L= approx. 10 m Marsowa street dz. 15/5 and dz. 15/3 pcs. 1 common connection to 2 buildings, hereinafter referred to as the "Project",2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, in the name and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a final decision on a building permit from a competent authority, or making a notification in the name and on behalf of the Contracting Authority on the intention to commence construction works or construction works not requiring a building permit; 3) making investor cost estimates; 4) performing author's supervision including 5 one-time author's supervision services; 5) registering a building log.
