Description

the services include : - the supply of the copiers - the delivery, setting up and commissioning of the copiers and their connections to the computer and telephone network - the secure or non-secure printing of documents from the various users' workstations - the scanning of documents to the network, PCs and an electronic address - the initial training of users and at the start of each school year - the preventive and corrective maintenance of the copiers and printers - the supply of consumables (excluding paper). Award of a framework agreement for each lot. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 12 months
