The subject of the order is purchase and successive supplies of sevofluraneum medicinal product together with the form of administration for the Hospital Pharmacy according to the Purchaser's orders.SEVOFLURANUM - a preparation intended for vaporizers with a direct, factory-assembled, leak-proof filling system, without additional elements connecting the bottle with the vaporizer, administered with the use of DATEX OHMEDA S/5 AESPIRE, AESTIVA 3000, CARESTATION 620 and CARESTATION 650 C apparatuses in combination with SEVOTEC 5, SEVOTEC 7 vaporizers and SATURN-EVO apparatuses with DRAEGER vaporizers owned by the Hospital.The Contractor may only offer products admitted to trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 6 September 2001.
