Description

The subject of the contract is successive delivery of medicines to the Orderer's hospital pharmacy, according to the quantity and assortment specified in the price form attached as Annex 2 to the ToR.2 The Orderer allows partial bids, i.e. for individual parts (packages). Tenders may be submitted for one or more parts of the contract (packages). A contractor submitting a tender must submit a tender for all the items specified by the Contracting Authority in a given part of the contract (package). The packages are 48.
