Description

1.The subject of the present tender proceedings are successive supplies of pharmaceuticals in the assortment and quantity as specified in Annex No 2 to this ToR, for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract. Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV: 33.60.00.00-6 - Pharmaceutical products3. The subject matter of the order should: a) be admitted to marketing and use in the territory of Poland in accordance with the applicable legal regulations,b) be labelled in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 20 February 2009 on the requirements for the labelling of medicinal product packaging and the content of the leaflet (Journal of Laws 2015, item 1109). c) have a shelf life of not less than 12 months counting from the date of delivery.
The subject of this tender procedure is the successive supply of pharmaceutical products in the range and quantity as specified in Appendix No. 2 to this SWZ, for a period of 12 months, starting from the date of signing the agreement
