The subject of the contract is the delivery of various medicines and antibiotics listed in the sections for the Fryderyk Chopin Clinical Regional Hospital No. 1 in Rzeszów.2 Detailed description of the subject of the contract, the requirements of the Orderer, information on the admission of other quantities of the package, is specified in the price and offer forms - Attachments No. 1 for individual sections, being an integral part of the ToR.3The Awarding Entity requires that the objects of the contract which meet the requirements described in the ToR.4. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of the objects of the contract in the quantities specified in the price and offer forms for the period: The Awarding Entity does not allow equivalent bids.

The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of earlier purchase in the case of exhaustion of quantities from the current contract. In such a case the term of the contract shall be counted from the moment of the first purchase of a given subject of the contract.
