Description

The subject of the contract is purchase and successive delivery of medicinal products used in chemotherapy for the Hospital Pharmacy, divided into the following parts: PACKAGE 1 - CALCII FOLINASPACKAGE 2 - METHOTREXATUMPACKAGE 3 - CARBOPLATINUMPACKAGE 4 - GEMCITABINUMPACKAGE 5 - PACLITAXELUMThe contractor may only offer products admitted to marketing in the Republic of Poland in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 6 September 2001. Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws 2021, item 974).
Package 1 - CALCII FOLINASS A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the assortment and price form constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that the offered medicinal products are included in the catalogue of reimbursed drugs, i.e. they have to be included in the currently binding announcement of the Minister of Health - in part C.
