Description
The subject matter of the contract is "Supply of medicinal products to SPZZOZ in Wyszków over a period of 12 months (procedure no. DEZ/Z/341/ZP-17/2022) according to the range of products specified in the Product Range and Price Form - Detailed Price Offer - Annex no. 2 to SWZ in packages from 1 to 61.2..1977) and announced in the current Official List of Medicinal Products admitted to marketing on the territory of the Republic of Poland, pursuant to the principles specified in Article 3 or 4 (1) and (2) or Article 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law.
