Description
1) The subject matter of the contract shall be the supply of pharmaceutical products for the needs of hospital wards of Międzylesie Specialist Hospital in Warsaw.2) The subject matter of the contract has been divided into 17 task groups, in the quantities and assortments indicated in the Price Forms constituting integral parts of this SWZ. The final quantity of the subject matter of the contract shall depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party during the term of the contract.4. The contract will be executed over a period of 12 months for Task 16, and 20 months for the remaining Tasks, from the date of conclusion of a valid agreement with the Contractor selected as a result of the procurement procedure.
A detailed description of the Task is provided in the appendix to the SWZ.
